Thankyou for choosing Blushin Brides to look after your next special occasion. Please read through our terms and conditions before going ahead with any booking. Once a deposit is paid to Blushin Brides, this is confirmation you agree to all listed terms and conditions.
It is upto the client to please provide our stylists with a clean, smoke/pet free environment with efficient light and table space.
Blushin Brides requires a $50 deposit to secure your booking. No booking is secured until this deposit is received. Deposits are subtracted from the final amount. Deposits are 100% non-refundable.
All payments are to be finalised via EFT no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.
TRAVEL AND PARKING COSTS
Travel fees may occur when bookings are further than 40km's from your stylists location and are quoted on application; inclusive of trials. Parking costs are to be covered by the client and must be on location/at your hotel. Please note, all bookings taking place in Melbourne CBD will be charged a $50 travel fee per stylist, which includes parking costs.
Bookings commencing between 6am-7am incur a $50 surcharge per stylist. Bookings commencing before 6am incur a $100 surcharge per stylist. Any booking taking place on a public holiday will incur a 10% surcharge of the total booking fee.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Deposits are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations to part of your booking within 30 days of your booking date, (i.e a member of your group decides to do their own hair/makeup) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Additional services can be added to your booking up until 7 days prior of the booking date.
If you need to postpone your event due to Covid-19, all monies paid are transferrable to your new date. We are a team of 5 and will do our best to accomodate your new date, however we are booked 12-18 months in advance and therefore may not be available on your new date. If you choose to cancel your event due to Covid-19 or we are unavailable on your new date - a full refund will be supplied minus a $50 admin fee (your deposit).
Trials are recommended for all brides. Hair/makeup trials run for a maximum time of 1.5hours and include 1 style only. Hair and makeup trials run for a maximum of 2.5hours and include 1 hair style and 1 makeup style. If you want to try more than 1 style/look you will be required to book 2 trials.
By paying a deposit to Blushin Brides you are entering into a contract and agree with our listed terms and conditions. Blushin Brides are not responsible for any allergic reactions to our products. It is upto the client to let our artists know of any allergies or sensitivity you have to any beauty products. Blushin Brides cannot be held accountable to any accidental damage to any product belonging to the client or location/venue. Blushin Brides cannot be held accountable to any accidental injury resulting from the use of tools or equipment required for the booking.
We may use your images on our website and social media accounts. Please let our stylists know if you would prefer your images not to be used.
